Dr. Thanesha Rajoo is an education specialist of Economic and Management Sciences (EMS) in teacher education as well as Educational Leadership and Management of secondary schools. Her academic and research interests lie in teacher education; leadership of secondary schools; leadership of Accounting and commerce education, leadership development with specific reference to the middle manager, leading the integration of ICT into teaching, learning, and assessment in commerce education, and integrating sustainability into EMS & entrepreneurial education. Her professional interests lie in strengthening teacher leaders in the commercial stream as well as empowering the youth and young graduates to manage their personal finances and financial planning.
