Former Research Intern for Sociology and Criminology
Sociology BA Graduate | MA Cultural Studies
Kelsea is a recent graduate of BA Sociology from the University of Westminster and a former Research Intern for the Pedagogies for Social Justice project. She is currently undertaking MA Cultural Studies at SOAS University of London. During her time at the University of Westminster, Kelsea developed a passion for anti-racist and decolonial learning, and continues to apply what she has learnt, and is still learning, to her work in postgraduate studies as well as outside of the academy.
Her heritage as a Mixed White and Black Caribbean woman has enabled her to acknowledge, and more importantly challenge, white privilege and systemic racism, and has largely contributed to her passion for decolonial work.
