My name is Mahlatse Malatji, and I am a passionate advocate for transformative leadership and public administration. Currently, I am pursuing my MA in Public Administration at Nelson Mandela University, where I focus on research that addresses pressing issues relevant to South Africa. My journey in academia has been enriched by my experiences as an administrator, tutor, lecturing assistant, and projects officer, all of which have shaped my understanding of effective governance and community engagement.
I pride myself on being a problem solver and a decision-maker, capable of mobilising resources and identifying concrete solutions to challenges. My experiences in various roles have taught me the importance of teamwork and effective communication, especially when working with diverse groups of people.
