Indranil Bose, PhD in management, a Fellow of prestigious Higher Education Academy (FHEA, UK) and a ‘Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) by the ‘Chartered Association of Business Schools’ (CABS, UK) is a seasoned academician and prolific researcher in the fields of Human Resource Management and general management. He is presently serving MIT University of Meghalaya, Shillong, India in the capacity of Associate Dean and Professor in the School of Management. He has almost 23 years of dedicated academic and leadership experience in teaching, mentoring and research in higher and professional education in India and in UAE at the Post Graduate, Under graduate and professional levels under the prestigious UK higher education curriculum, accredited USA university curriculum, Ministry of Education (MOE) Federal Government of UAE approved, UGC approved curriculum of the Indian universities and the AICTE, Government of India approved autonomous courses on management. He has also taught extensively with AACSB and ACSBP accredited business programmes with prestigious institutes and universities in India and in UAE. Dr. Indranil has also been nominated as the member of the ‘International Advisory Council’ of the Harvard Business Review.
